Shipping policy
Selora delivers across Vietnam through delivery companies, and you pay when you receive your order.
Order confirmation
After you order on the website, Selora staff will call the phone number you provided to confirm the order. Orders are only shipped after they are confirmed by phone.
Shipping fee
- Shipping fee: 30,000₫ per order.
- Free shipping when your order includes one of these sets: Set of 2 tubes, Set of 3 tubes.
- The shipping fee is always shown clearly in your cart before you place the order.
Delivery time
Estimated delivery time: nội thành : 1-3 ngày , ngoại thành : 3-5 ngày, counted from when your order is confirmed. Our staff will let you know if your order needs longer.
You can check your order status at any time on the Track your order page, using your order code and the phone number used for the order.
Payment
You pay the courier in cash when you receive your order (cash on delivery). Selora never asks for payment in advance.
